The property is close to downtown , good location. The hotel is overpriced, the pool was very far from our room. The patio looked over the parking lot. Not a good value for the price.

Spacious room, good shower, good location

It was ok. The building is old and looks more like a motel. Very pricy for an old room and continental breakfast. Staff was nice but I would have expected a much nicer property. At least put some plants on the enclosed patio facing the next door roof and wires.

Clean room, comfy beds, heated pool, ok breakfast

The location is good. Only a block from the beach and close to downtown. The room was nice and clean but noisy from all the kids running up and down the stairs next to our room. The staff were a little rude and seemed like they didn’t like their job. The free continental breakfast was a pleaseant surprise and had pastries and waffles along with coffee, tea and juices.

I would definitely stay here again. The property is very clean. The staff was so helpful and kind. They made our stay so enjoyable.

Friendly and helpful member of staff on arrival, spacious and clean room with comfortable beds. Good location in Santa Barbara close to the harbour and also Highway 101. Didn't use the pool and the jacuzzi was out of order but it didn't spoil our visit. There is a 7 Eleven a few doors down which is convenient.

Clean room and friendly staff in an ideal location close to the harbor, with plenty of great restaurants nearby.
