Great hotel, clean, comfy, close to beach and very helpful friendly staff

Muy limpio y los empleados muy amables

Great breakfast. Good staff. Would recommend

Good location, very kind staff.

Clean and updated property. View for all balcony rooms are great. Staff always went above and beyond

Good overall, good value and good staff. Maybe a little more help in bagage handling, to/from the room to/from the taxi would be great.

I recommend as it is very well priced

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tijilli. The staff were extremely attendant, helpful and wonderful to deal with - best customer service ever. The restaurant has great ambience, is very clean, the food was delicious and the staff took great care to note any allergies and modify the meals accordingly. The hotel spa was wonderful, and we enjoyed fabulous massages and body scrubs. The hotel rooms and beds were clean and very comfortable - my ownly tiny gripe was that the lighting was very dim, especially in the bathroom, and it was difficult to put on make-up etc even with the excellent magnification mirror. Stronger lighting in the bathroom and the bedroom would make it the absolute PERFECT place to stay. Regardless, we will definitely be staying at the Tjilli again when returning to Seminyak.

Very good hotel. Located in a nice quiet area, a short walk from the beach. Hotel staff were very friendly Would recommend

Room Lighting too dim, washroom overhead shower not working well, little water, pillow cover yellowish and old, pillow too soft etc.. but service staff service is excellent.
