巴黎 19 区音乐城阿德吉奥公寓酒店 (Adagio Paris 19e Cité de la Musique)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Large room, surprisingly quiet considering the hotel is on a main road, very good value. The kitchen isn't very practical: rather than a dishwasher it would be good to have a work surface and a cleaning brush.

Staff were great! Room was well equipped, clean, and large.

Asked for double bed and they gave two twins and no view when it said city view

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. There was dirt in the corners and the hair dryer handle was so gross I didn’t even want to touch it. Made me wonder what else wasn’t cleaned properly. I wanted to switch rooms or at least get it cleaned when I arrived, but they refused both. Their policy is no room cleaning for stays under 8 days, which is ridiculous. The real problems were the shower and heating. The shower was impossible to use comfortably because it would swing between scalding hot and freezing cold with no in-between temperature. The room heating maxes out at 23°C, and even then my thermometer showed it wasn’t reaching that. This is in the middle of winter. I ended up calling Expedia customer service to complain. All I got out of it was a small voucher, which doesn’t really make up for dealing with these conditions for my entire stay. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because one of the receptionists was genuinely helpful and professional. He’s the only reason this isn’t a 1 star review.

After all my visits to Paris, this was the first time in that area, it was just a walk under a bridge to be out of the city an in Stn Denis The hotel was very surprising, much more than I had expected. The people were very friendly, pleasant, helpful and accomodating. It was definitely an apartment like setup. I was impressed with it's ammenities! A stove, refrigerator, dishwasher & sink. The cabinets were complete with pots & pans, dishes, glasses, including wine glasses. There was a Napresso machine as well as electric kettle and every type utensil imaginable. As well as Ironing board & iron. The bath was great, again with amenities. I had a problem with the shower when I arrived, I told the front desk and went for a walk. When I returned it had already been taken care of and even checked in with me the next day, to ask if it was working properly. Over all I was very impressed with the facility! Thumbs up...

Staff were okay. The place was clean. The lift’s kept going out of service during our stay.

The place was lovely staff was super helpful but the smell of perfume was way too strong. It actually made me ill at times.

Some staff helpful, some not. Streets around dirty. No bar handle for shower. Comfy bed. Clean sheets.

Very nice accommodations. I was at another hotel and didn’t enjoy it so I booked it here on a whim. Hotel staff was resourceful and courteous.

The property is across the street from a train that can take you to other train lines. Within 5-10 minutes you can walk to restaurants and supermarkets. There’s also some barbershops, laundromat, and hair salons. Most of the rooms were having an issue with the AC system. It would only get so cool in the rooms. There was no fan and you can’t open the window so some days that can be a bit difficult with the summertime temperatures in Paris. The two twin beds pushed together Were not properly made so I kept sliding down the middle. After I complained a second time to someone new, he sent housekeeping up there to reinforce the bed with extra sheets and linens, and I didn’t have the issue anymore. Also be prepared to wash all of your dishes in the dishwasher and take out all of your garbage before you leave, or they told me I would be charged a cleaning fee. So this is a hotel, but not really in that way. You do not have housekeeping come and tidy your room daily.
