(Fraser Suites Harmonie Paris La Défense)

Breakfast should have more protein option

5 minutes walk from M1 metro station. Not a lot of restaurants around. Nnice when travelling with family. Toilet was not working properly in the room. Shutlle services provided from CDG airport (at a price) Waited a long time to get our room ready

This hotel was absolutely terrible from the moment we arrived. The address provided by the hotel was so inaccurate that multiple Uber drivers couldn't find it, and even GPS directions were incorrect. We arrived around 11:00 p.m. and ended up dragging our luggage through a sketchy neighborhood just to find the hotel. The photos online are extremely misleading and do not reflect the actual property. The first room we were given had such a horrible odor that the staff came up, apologized, and admitted the room wasn't properly cleaned and that the smell was unacceptable. They moved us to another room, which, while clean, was still in very poor condition and nothing like the pictures. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. Between the misleading listing, the difficult location, and the condition of the rooms, I would not recommend staying here—even if it were one of the cheapest options available.

Good security

I will be returning everything and will tell others. Lovely room ser up, great place for kids to play around and very convenient place to house a family. Great location too, close to eiffel tower 👌

Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms

Great partner for my family of 5 good location for metro to see the sites would stay again.

Everything is very nice. It’s a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, and each room has its own balcony. The air conditioning is especially good and keeps the place very cool. We’re going to travel to a few nearby countries for a few days, and then we’ll come back and stay there for another four nights.
