Always a friendly welcome and great location, comfortable beds and great selection for breakfast.

Perfect location when visiting Manchester 👍👍

The hotel was an ideal location to the event that we attended, nice bar, staff and amenities. The only downsides that I found were that the toilet seat and lid were not soft close in the room, the toilet flush in the hotel room was difficult to flush ( I did let the hotel staff know on departing) and the toilet flush was behind the toilet lid whenever the lid was up.( poor design?) But enjoyed our night stay and the breakfast the following morning.

First time in the city and had an amazing experience, the price was good, the room was clean and the staff super helpful. Absolutely loved my vacations.

From the moment you walk through the door you greeted with a welcoming face.

Restaurant staff was nice, helping me carry my food all the way to my room as my hands were full with my baby. Location was great. Very walkable to lots of restaurants and bars, but still quiet enough when you’re in your room. Tram station was also very close by, maybe 5min walk.

Staff are excellent. Very attentive and polite.

Clean room with complimentary water in the fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The room was a little outdated but was still perfectly fine. Lovely breakfast with lots of choices offerred.
