伦敦Excel智选假日酒店 (Holiday Inn Express London - ExCeL by IHG)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Property was comfy, clean and staff accommodating. I appreciated that breakfast was included and it had a good variety to choose from.

Great

The hotel is clean, and that’s honestly the only compliment I can give it. Other than that, it is extremely basic. The location is convenient only if your destination is the ExCeL Exhibition Centre, but it is not close to restaurants, attractions, or any interesting areas. The rooms are very small and minimal, and the hotel offers virtually no facilities or amenities. If you’re simply looking for a clean place to sleep near ExCeL, it may be suitable, but don’t expect anything beyond that.

NO DRINKING WATER AVAILABLE ANYWHERE IN THE HOTEL. ONLY AVAILABLE ON BREAKFAST TIME.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff were friendly, breakfast was good

Staff are lovely, I and my friend are disabled and stayed here after an event nearby. They really went out of the way to accommodate us and it was very appreciated

We visited for the Comic Con weekend and we were all extremely happy with every aspect of our stay. The reception staff were very welcoming, the room was perfect for what we needed and was very clean. Whenever we came back at the end of the day the housekeeping team did a great job at making the room comfortable for our return. The bar and restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, nice variety of food for breakfast and dinners. Thanks very much for a really enjoyable weekend!

thank you so much

Really good & reasonable hotel - good links to Excel and DLR / Elizabeth Line - would recommend
