Great location but no reception desk. They got my email wrong so we had no idea how to check in or where to park. Parking was expensive. Construction going on so foyer and lift a bit dirty. Loose tap and leaky shower hose. Bed was ok but sofas weren't. Had no milk so bought our own.

Photos on booking site make it look okay but the reality is dingy and jaded accommodation. Spend you money in a proper hotel.

Walking distance from a lot of good food, touristy and shopping locations

Very clean, apartment A, was a great size. Amenities were just what we were looking for. Thankful for the tea, coffee and milk on arrival❤️

The main issue was the lack of communication to enable us to gain access to the accommodation. It was only received a couple of hours prior to arrival and only after we chased it. A number of emails were needed before we eventually got the info needed to access the property. Using the lockbox to obtain the key was also challenging.

No staff present. Washer/dryer malfunctioned

I tried to cancel the booking as a family member had a near fatal accident so I clearly didn’t stay at the hotel. Your refusing to cancel and refund means I will never book with Expedia again. You have no heart and no consideration.

Great location and preface for dog friendly. Thank you

Accommodations met our needs during our stay. Amenities were perfect for anyone staying longer than one day.

The staff was very rude and shown aggressive behaviour with our family. The bathroom was not clean and upon requesting to check the guy started arguing and shown aggressive behaviour with my family. The manger came and cheked the bathroom was smelling, which she cleaned herself and sprayed fragrance. Overall on requesting a towel to the guy he shouted rudely in the lobby, " what? Why? There is already a towel I can see in the chair." We were three of us in the room and I saw only two towels in bathroom and didn't noticed third one was opposite way in the studio at dining chair.
