This was one of the most pleasant stays ever. I was only there for my nieces engagement party overnight but was so very enjoyable. The vallet Stacey was one of the most courteous employees and went out of his way to help us. The staff was the best as well.!! I will definitely be staying here every time I visit Dallas from now on.

Valet/doorman made are stay great. He was polite, knowledgeable and funny

Beautiful and clean room. Air conditioning worked so well and we sleep like babies!

Muy buen hotel. Impecable. Zona muy linda. Le faltaría una pileta.

Great property! I would definitely stay there again.

Kudos to Rosy, Stacy, and Ebony for their amazing customer service team for making my stay so pleasant and memorable. I definitely give them 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

the hotel and staff were awesome. the rooftop bar was great. The location is very close to the airport so the plane noise was mire than i had expected but it never bother us at night so not that big of a deal. Though we had our own terrace, we did wish there was a pool.

Very nice hotel. right next to a trolley station too which was a fun little experience to ride! I’d recommend this hotel.

great hotel, incompetent staff.

Service was lacking. Long waits for service at the bar as well as the restaurant. We were served breakfast but were given no utensil to eat with. We were also told to wait when we asked for utensil's so we did and they never came. My husband had to walk in the kitchen to get the utensil for us. Other than that, great location, large spacious rooms and very clean.
