We paid for Valet parking and received a parking Notice for $106.50 a few weeks later.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a positive experience. On our first night, the air conditioning in our room was not working, but the staff responded promptly and moved us to a very nice family suite on the first floor, which we greatly appreciated. On the second night, there was a misunderstanding between the front desk and my husband. While it was an unfortunate situation, it was resolved, and everything worked out in the end. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the efforts the staff made to address our concerns.

I booked a deluxe suite which we payed extra for so the couch bed would be in a separate area for more privacy. When we got into our room it was a studio suite..told front desk person that checked us in, and he said when you book on Expedia they can’t guarantee you the deluxe room. After saying I would need a discount for the studio price and showing him I paid for the deluxe he said he could switch me to the deluxe room. I’ve read of others having this problem and makes me want to start booking directly through Hilton website when an exact type(such as a deluxe, not studio for privacy) is needed.

Very nice hotel within walking distance of Broadway.

Place was very nice , room was clean. They gave us extra blankets upon request. An especially helpful staff member was D Nieves at breakfast!

Very nice place and very convenient to downtown

The room was quiet but the windows liked out to a parking garage. Occasionally there would be car alarms. Breakfast food was ok, the eggs were not good. Fruit flies in the dining area.

Breakfast was hot and plentiful, as expected based on my stays at similar hotels. Convenient parking lots adjacent to the hotel. We opted for self parking vs valet to save a few bucks, as we had several good options. Bedroom was quite cool with AC and ceiling fan, which was welcome. The smoke alarm was chirping on the first night of our stay. I called the front desk (by guessing buttons on the phone as it had no labels), and was told they would send up someone to repair the alarm. We waited over an hour and it was time to go to bed, so I pulled the alarm out of the wall and removed the battery. By the time we checked out a day and a half later, no one had come. I went to the front desk to get extra towels around 11pm one night and they were out. I was offered several washcloths and/or a bath rug. Minimal apologies; staff member stated “this is what the last shift left me with.” The floor of the bedroom was soft under the carpet in a spot which functioned fine, but felt poorly kept. Any one of these events singly wouldn’t keep me from booking here again but all things considered and with an abundance of hotel options in the area, it was a negative enough experience that I would choose another place to stay next time.
