Beautiful hotel. Staff were excellent and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Easy to walk everywhere from the hotel

Nice hotel, but older interior with a decent location

Great central downtown location! Breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend considering this property for your stay in Vancouver. Shout out to Won at the Gotham bar adjacent to the hotel for extending a nice welcome and making a terrific martini!

I was excited to stay here because I’ve had great experiences at other St. Regis hotels, but unfortunately this one was a disappointment. The biggest issue for me was the smell throughout the hotel. I’m not sure if it was the cleaning products they use, but there was a strong odor that I found unpleasant during our stay. The staff were generally friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the breakfast was fairly limited and could definitely use more variety. The location also wasn’t ideal for us. Our room looked directly onto an area where there were a number of people experiencing homelessness, which wasn’t the experience we were hoping for. We ended up extending our trip in Vancouver by a few days, but instead of staying here, we chose to move to a different hotel. Overall, there are better options in the area, and based on this experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Breakfast was great. Special requests were accommodated. Staff were very friendly. I would have liked a hot plate to keep the food hot. Bed was comfortable Room had all necessities. Called taxis for you when needed. Location for me was good. A short walk to restaurants and the water. I have already booked my next stay.

The breakfast was included. I was happy that they packed breakfast with advance notice when we needed to check out early in the morning.

We enjoyed the breakfast menu selection and the quality of the food was spot on as well as the staff team was very pleasant. The room was clean upon arival, but during our 7 day stay the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned and the toilet paper roll was not replenished. As there was a variety of coffee selection the tea selection only offered 2 options and wished there were more to select from since i am not a coffee drinker.

Excellent location. Front desk and concierge were so helpful. Breakfast was hearty and healthy. Lind, Nimali and Anita went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. Thanks for a great stay during the World Cup
