Wonderful vacation with kids. So convenient to walk right out on the beach with toys and activities. Food was great. Staff was amazing. My only wish is that the towels & cups were more “Ritz”. Basic plastic cups, basic tan towels etc. Make sure to stay in Ocean Tower if you’re planning on being near the beach. Stay in resort tower for fun family pool and water playground/bball court. (It’s long walks)

I loved the location, the luxe feel of the resort, the spa, the beach... best on the island with floating rafts available, the food and service were top-notch. Would highly recommend staying here if you want to be pampered.

We have stayed at this property for years. Up until this year, it was 5 stars across the board. Since the previous general manager left, I’ve noticed things have not been as great. The staff we encountered were first rate, but being overworked by staff shortages. Our room was always immaculate but that was only because our person from housekeeping went out of her way to clean our room even though it wasn’t on her schedule (thank you Erica). Beach staff we have had previously were outstanding (thank you Ovi and Branco), but on their days off, there was a very different level of care. I still love the ritzy, but they need to get the previous GM back.
