Our room was lovely, really immaculate. Bottles of water , coffee, tea, biscuits were restocked daily.
The air conditioning was fab.
Continental breakfast was lovely in a beautiful room.
Our room was a small double, no complaints but would probably book a bigger room the next time.
Lovely staff. Highly recommend.

The hotel and room very clean. Some staff friendly and helpful but other staff not so much. The standard/small room was a good size but the bathroom was very small, restricting movement and storage of toiletries and towels.
Ideal location for Natural History museum, Kensington and tube to theatres

Friendly welcome, Nice room and ensuite bathroom with soap and body lotion, well kept. Bottled water was very welcome due to hot weather. Comfy bed.
