星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Daily housekeeping for the dorm room to clean up the restroom. Free parking is a huge plus, but spots are limited. Breakfast is basic. Plan to store your own food in the shared fridges for better meal. Only microwaves and toasters available if you plan to make your own meals. Hot water kettle available for use.

great breakfast

I was very excited for my weekend trip to San Francisco, but unfortunately, I had to deal with rude staff that was unwilling to help. The AC unit in the room was not working from the moment I arrived and the maintenance has never showed up to even try to fix the issue. Through the whole we can stay I kept pulling up on the status of the AC repair and all I got was confused looks and disregard. I spent the whole weekend with no air in the room hot during the day and cold during the night and my attempts to open the balcony door to let some air in and it was really loud noises coming from the street as it is looking at an intersection. The staff's opinion on the situation was that I was making a big deal and AC is not a necessity although their opinion should not matter in this case as I paid for the services that include AC in the unit. I requested to speak to the manager and solve the situation at least in the form of compensation as they did not fix the AC during the whole day and nobody contacted me and charged me full price of $450.

I've stayed here like 5 times and I really love this place. It's always clean, I like that the rooms are minimalistic and with light colors. The staff is always really nice, and the location is amazing. The zone feels safe at day and night and you can walk to the piers and restaurants nearby.

Everything was ok for the price. The only thing I had a problem with was that the bed were not that comfortable including the pillows. The breakfast could have been better. It was cheaper then a lot of other hotels near by so you get what you pay for. In the end everything was ok.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, parking was a great plus

Over all it’s good

I loved the location-safe and within walking distance to the waterfront! The free parking was also huge and saved us $50+! We live a few hours away and will definitely be back.

Check in was smooth had 0 problems. Rooms were nice and loved how rooms had restroom and shower access. Location was right on busline to Golden Gate Bridge!

I woke up with bug bites and saw bugs in my bed.
