easy to walk to- nice breakfast - quiet

One tiny elevator. Half the time it was occupied by staff with laundry or equipment. The other half the time it was broken. We had to carry our luggage up and down 3 flights of stairs. At this price point I expect better.

The hotel is ok, could have been a bit cleaner, the breakfast could have been better - pretty basic buffet for $15 Euros. The shower did not have a lot of pressure, enough to get clean but that’s about it. The staff is nice and the location is great. Needs a few upgrades to get a better rating.

Five star location with a two star room. Very convenient to get to, to explore the town and it was steps away from all the tour meeting locations. Room itself was poor. Terrible shower, no outlets in bathroom, old tv that got two channels and faced a desk chair, no fridge, etc.

Loved the ambience of this hotel and how convenient it was to everything. The stay was perfect

Booked hotel for bar and location and was not disappointed by either. We hit in heat wave so room was warm without a/c. Staff very accommodating with all inquiries and special requests!

The property was in a great location. The only thing I can say Mother Nature supply us with very hot days and most hotels in Ireland do not have AC in their rooms. But we were supply fans and windows opened up.

Victoria Hotel was perfect choice. It is in the most convient spot. Around the corner from train station and very close to shopping, pubs, the water and some colorful houses. The rooms and lobby were well maintained and the rooms were a good size. The staff was very helpful. I would go back again.
