Fantastic location with ocean views, modern room with great amenities. Very clean. Complimentary gift hamper was unexpected major bonus. Checkin was smooth and staff very freindly.

I love there was 2 bathrooms. Much needed when travelling with children and swimming and beaches! I can wait to see the new pool but having a heated pool in July in QLD is amazing!!!

The reason we return to Shearwater is the view and location. All rooms have an ocean view and there is a lovely boardwalk along the beach front into town, takes about 15 mins. The rooms are mostly dated and not well equipped sometimes. We had no dining table in room 34, just two bar stools at the bench, uncomfortable for the older people or people with back problems. No reading lamp and only 2 outdoor chairs on balcony, where we have had 4 in the past. We had visitors so couldn't sit outside. The kitchen was very sparse on cutlery and only 2 coffee mugs. We topped up the teaspoons, dessert spoons and bought an extra 2 coffee mugs. Reception staff are friendly and very helpful - especially when we thought we had an issue with the TV. We love that they provide luggage trollies to help transfer belongings up to your room. We didn't swim in the pool or have a spa, they were being refurbished. We will definitely stay again for the amazing ocean views and location on the beach front and an easy walk into the township. 😊

The view from the unit was amazing. Could have done with a longer stay - maybe next time.

Room had an amazing view. Welcome basket of goodies were much appreciated. Well equiped room, with everything you need. Room could do with a more detailed clean. Restaurants downstairs with choice of foods. Perfect location

2nd time back and just loved the accommodation, ocean views and friendly staff. Well priced. No complaints

Clean but lounge was a bit old and the pool needed repairing. We asked for a high floor but they put us at a low level.

Great venue, reception staff were awesome, great amenities, close to everything, will definitely stay again.

Room was clean and staff helpful, close to shops and take away places. Onsite Dinning was fine but found only one staff member to handle all orders and service although done pretty well under the circumstances.
