Staff was friendly and helpful. Responded to our needs very quickly.
Was unaware our room had no air conditioning. It really should be noted so there is no disappointment and your rating will be imlroved with this knowledge. Also elevator was not working and walking up to second (with 0 being ground floor) was difficult for older guest (me!) with luggage. This should have been noted prior to check in even if it was temporary. Again best to expose than hide facts of stay.

Still being refurbished - and amazingly they haven’t put aircon in! Even in February it was too warm. The refurbished rooms are a vast improvement on before. Staff getting round building issues, but signs lead you all round the building, then say no entry!
Will be good (but very hot) when finished.
Extremely convenient for Hedon to see live bands.
