My stay was great. No issues .

The room was nice and spacious. I found a few things weird, but not a deal breaker. The shower (no tub) was a walk in and quite spacious. However, there were NO shelves or indentions within the walls to hold the soap or shampoo! You had to reach out and place whatever you are using on the back of the toilet. The shampoo, conditioner, lotion bottles were ridiculously small. They are basically a one time use and if your hair is long and thick, you might need two! The toilet paper holder was broken-not that I cared, just seems like an easy fix that shouldn’t have been overlooked. I liked the lighting option that was built in the mirror allowing for lighting that was less harsh. The pillows are amazingly soft and fluffy, but I personally found the bed a bit too stiff and hard for my liking. They offered a good variety of tv stations even though I could never figure out how to “see” a guide describing programs. The breakfast was the typical tasting eggs and sausage. They also had the usual cold options and bread. What I did find unique was the waffle toppings that were available. They had a nice variety of pecans, chocolate chips, and a couple others that I can’t recall. The swimming pool is small and located directly IN FRONT of the hotel facing the road. The AC was colder during the day and seemed to be motion activated considering it was warmer at night even though the digital temp never changed. All in all it was a nice stay, in a clean, well maintained, spacious room.

The toilet was dirty and kept running. The air unit was loud. There was hair in the bed.

Was traveling here for a family day at the park. Once arrived I was greeted by a mangled parking lot with limited parking. Once inside was overwhelmed with some type of hotel defuser that was overpowering and gave me a headache. Was not greeted by the two front desk clerk's. Everyone working at the front desk from check in to check out was dead spirits. The housekeeper was very nice though. The room was nicely cleaned, but upon laying in the bed I thought I was laying on a rock. Very uncomfortable and the top blanket/sheet was very itchy. I had a room facing the street. Didn't get much sleep at all while time there. Got ready to check out and this other dead clerk just stared so I said I am checking out and he looked at the computer and was like you're all set. No did you enjoy your stay, have a nice day nothing. You pay for what you get . Visit this part of Florida a lot. Plenty of shopping around but will not get a room here again. And who wants to get in a pool that is directly in front of the hotel with all the loud traffic and people going by😤😩

The customer service was absolutely amazing and the staff was so kind!

Stayed here 1 night because of the proximity to the airport. Hotel was on the tail end of a major renovation and the room was nicely appointed. Front desk staff and airport shuttle driver were all very friendly. We had 1 issue. Are the air conditioner did keep the room nice and cool, it was leaking onto the carpet. Not sure if the air conditioner had a leak or if it was due to major condensation. My husband did inquire at the front desk and let them know the issue. They said the hotel was sold out for the night otherwise they would relocate us to different room. We had to put bath towels down on the carpet around the air conditioner to be able to walk and not get our socks/feet wet.

Bathrooms need an upgrade. Very dirty with loose fixtures.
