The Breakfeast Food was hot, Good and lots of different foods and Drinks..the Staff was on top of Everything !! Excellent Job !!

great place to stay for the rodeo in town. Only issue was that the key had a hit and miss on opening the door

Nice hotel ... Clean, comfortable ... Good breakfast

I specifically asked the receptionist over the phone and in person if the pool and hot tub were working she said yes. Hot tub and pool were open but the hot tub was cold. We asked about it and she said she was aware and there wasn’t anything she could do about it. If she would have told me that I would not have booked the hotel.

Outside and online all looked really good. Reality was, older hotel that needed lots of updating. Hot tub very small, pool was good size. Breakfast was typical for continental.

Great breakfast. Room was in good condition but basic. Terrible shower head. I’m extremely picky in the shower. Towels were very scratchy. Bed had visible sag to it. Pool was nice. Hot tub could be a bit warmer but served its purpose. Desk crew was cool. Breakfast staff was working her tail off.

I booked using Expedia which was confusing and it didn’t book my stay correctly. The office staff was unable to adjust or extend my stay. The breakfast was good for those without food allergies but I would like to see more options for gluten and dairy free folks. I was disappointed that I couldn’t see my car parked from my room window, my room was over front entry which made it hard to park nearby. Not much of a view out windows either, just a Carl’s Jr restaurant. Room was clean but needed a little more modernization. Shower did the job but would love more pressure. Pool and hot tub were nice but pool towels were very small. Washer and dryers were great but I would love to see vending machines with soap and dryer sheets and a coin machine. You can get everything at main desk. $2 for 1 load of washing, $2 for drying, $2 for laundry 1 box of soap and $2 for 2 dryer sheets. $7 in all for doing one load. A bit expensive but happy it was available.

Our room was clean and the check-in staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff here was wonderful! Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, and the rooms were a decent size. Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks to the staff! They were very nice, helpful and accommodating.
