I think housekeeping did there job very well as far as cleaning the rooms, but considering the condition of the room/property it still gave you a unclean feeling. The property was not what I expected at all do not go by the picture on the website those are from opening day. So if what you need to do is close to there you will be ok. The carpet needs to be removed are carpet was even ripped in more than one place. So housekeeping do there job staff was very nice. It's wasn't a cheap stay so they need to put some of that money into the property baby steps start with the carpet

Hotels.com/ Hotel should make sure real photos are available for this hotel for customers to decide on if they want to choose this location to stay. Looks tell you a lot about how the room will be. I’m going to list the important/pertinent thing customers need to know immediately at 1st to determine if this is where they would like to stay Cons 1. There is no elevator, only stairs. 2. The halls are extremely hot no air so if you’re elderly or have breathing problems, this is not a place for you, this might be a major health concern. 3. The rooms have air but, they are not as cool as you would expect soon as you open door the heat rushes in. 4 If you need to plug the refrigerator up you will have to use the plug on lamp stand so you may need to make a decisions cold fridge or charge phone. Pros- 1) The staff was very polite, the hotel itself had nothing to do with them personally they were just employed there.

Run down property torn dirty carpet no elevator room ac only works within 10 feet of unit no towel bars curtains torn and do not black out room. Locals seem to hang out in lobby all day.

No elevator buildings, the security door wasn't locked, but the begs were great.

This hotel is old. No amenities. Only highlight is the Front desk staff. Everyone I encountered was kind and professional. The hall ways are open but w the heat coming off the window ac units it felt like you were literally walking thru hell. Room was dark, old, and hot. I will never stay here again.
