The furniture in the room is super dated but it is clean, extremely spacious, has a kitchenette with a fridge/freezer and everything was in good working order. The view (on the bay) was fantastic. Pressure in the shower was great, hot water immediately. The only issue we had was that the AC temperature did not seem to go up when we wanted it to, it just stayed at 23C, which was too cold for our baby but we turned it off and opened the window and that was fine. It was lovely to be greeted by housekeeping staff in the corridor whenever we passed, you don't always get that.Free parking and a a great location, very close to OCT Harbour, Shenzhen Bay Park..

The English speaking staff, didnt understand English.
Example: no one could give us restaurant hours.
Pointing to pizza on menu talking to English Speaking waiter, I got spaghetti.
2nd cup of coffee was only hot water added to same cup.
