Delightful lady at reception, she was unbelievably helpful

Great

Le divan lit est très inconfortable, nous avons mis le matelas au sol pour plus de confort.

Rooms were clean, had heating and AC, the free breakfast had the best selection we had seen from any hotel. Great food selection at breakfast and the staff were very helpful and very pleasent to talk to.

Very great location

The air con was broken in our room, it was even hotter than outside. Don't stay here during the summer.

clean room & hotel, great staff, great breakfast. the only thing was that we were staying when it was 35 degrees. the air con worked but it started leaking whilst we were out in london and when we came back the floor was soaked. there was no other rooms available for us to be put in so we put some towels down and a bucket to catch the drip

Second time we have used this hotel for concerts at Wembley. Well positioned for Watford junction to Wembley Central Hotel is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. Great value for money.

Brilliant accommodation, pillows were good and the mattress was lovely. I truly enjoy the my stay

Nice hotel in a good location. Basic uninspiring decor in rooms but that's what you'd probably expect for a budget hotel. Decent location though.
