Beautiful clean property with amazing service. The views from the hotel were great. The pool and amenities were amazing. Staff was super accommodating and made my birthday extremely special. I would say there 10 out of 10 times.

Although I prefer to stay in smaller hotels, I loved my stay at the Arts.
The staff and service was exceptional. The best concierge desk I have experienced in a while!

一般 My wife died 6 weeks before our trip to Spain. I let the hotel know about these tragic circumstances and respectfully asked for a cancellation refund. They denied my request. Every other hotel and tour operator do our trip expressed their condolences and made arrangements for refunds. It wasn’t so much not getting the refund that was upsetting, it was that they just didn’t care. Because of that level of horrible customer service I feel it necessary to leave this review.
