They were sold out of king beds when I checked in so I was upgraded to a suite. Very nice and clean.

The hotel itself was fine. However in the middle of the night the couple in the room by us were banging and creaming until about 2am which freaked my daughter out. We called security and were told the screaming and banging was because the guest was trying to get inside the room because his partner was not opening the door which was bolted and they needed to make sure he was safe. It was wild, scary and unsettling and did NOT provide a comfortable experience. The drama with this couple counties throughout our stay unfortunately.

The facility was amazing. The staff was very helpful. The amenities were on point, including the bar and the food service. Best location in downtown, next to all the food and restaurants as well as the train. Definitely going to return again.

Beware that the price you booked at is not the price you pay. My final bill was 9.13 more than when I booked, and was not notified until the deposit fee came off when I check my checking account. Rooms were clean, breakfast was ok but the orange juice. Location is great and close to train:bus. Parking is terrible for a garage and pricey.

Nice room. Great staff all around. Breakfast room could get pretty mobbed on the weekends.

Clean room & friendly staff

Staff was friendly and responsive but there were too few of them. No room service unless requested, even towels being refreshed. Parking was confusing. It was not clear that parking garage fees could be charged to the room, which resulted in our paying the garage and then the hotel for the samer time period. Hotel was not helpful in resolving this double-charge.

Charges $35 for early checkin or $5 per bag to bell check until checkin time.

Not the worst

My experience was great overall! No issues from me. Will highly recommend this hotel for visits often in the future.
