regular airport hotel, good breakfast.

The room was clean but their were few broken items including the door lock mechanism

Plain room. Carpets definitely need to be steam cleaned. Very minimal amenities. Good for an overnight waiting on a flight, but would not recommend for a lengthy stay. The highlight was that the breakfast had a great assortment of foods and beverages.

Pretty clean room, although easy to hear people in the next door room. No shower curtain or glass to stop water getting all over the bathroom, which was strange. Great location next to the airport though and staff were pleasant.

Property was great. We had forgotten our passports and wallet in the safe. When we went back, safe was opened and everything was missing. Spent the day filing police report, then to embassy for replacement.

Am biased as I love Rotterdam anyway but this hotel is as it always is - very good.

Lobby area and main floor are nice and clean. Staff at check in were kind and helpful. However, when you get out of the elevator on the 4-6 floor, you quickly realize where this hotel fails. Everything is grungy, mostly the carpet. Rooms are a good size and quiet being at the airport. The beds are basically foam toppers on a fabric box springs. Was the most convenient stay to fly out at 7am. Otherwise, would definitely find something else.
