First of all, there was a massive queue for check-in, and this didn't seem to make any difference to the behaviour of the check-in staff, who continued to chat to each individual guest with no sense of urgency while the queue just got longer and longer. Secondly, the decor in the lobby was almost laughable, with exposed plaster and patchwork. There was some kind of jerry-built lighting system above the check-in, which seemed like it had come off a campsite. The carpets in the corridors are threadbare. The service in the bar was slow and surly. The breakfast (which I chose not to take) was expensive, as were the bar snacks. There must be better places.

I only wish we had more than one night! Great hotel, excellent parking, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast options. So easy to walk into the rebuilt city center and along the river.

Big hotel, great location in Neustadt (very close to the bridge). Nice staff and service. We did not take the breakfast as it was expensive (29€). The pool is also an extra. They are currently renovating the lobby, but it did not cause any problems. Nice terrasse with a view.

The location is great, but that is it. This is a large, poorly managed establishment. They forgot to clean our room half the days, The Wifi is semifunctional at best, they charge for access to the mini gym. The yellow building on the photos is not even the entrance to the hotel, which is from the main road to a grey concrete slab. The window in our room would not close, breakfast was with very limited options and the staff was generally not very helpful. I am sure you can find better hotels in Dresden!!!!

Nice suite. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the pillows so soft, the shower was perfect. We are coming back

A very good hotel, however a little more variety in the coffee shop/ bar would appeal to me….coffee, milk shakes a muffin or cake…etc and the usual beer etc. Staff were very helpful, so obliging.… Thank you so much…

The breakfast was fantastic, lots of options and everything was delicious. Also, it was just a short walk to the old city which was perfect for us during our short stay.
