Bedroom Tv is not working properly, swimming pool to small, and no available towel for everyone. We found roaches in the cabinet. NO Qibla direction to pray and no prayer mat available.

Hi they need to improve their cleaning services especially the carpets are very dirty. Breakfast was with minimal choices especially for international travelers.

The building is shown its wear and tear. Requesting some water from reception from my room took 20 minutes on 2 occasions! It should be advertised as a 3 * or 3 1/2 *

Spacious rooms. Very courteous staff, particularly in the restaurant. Fitness center was well equipped for a traveller. Pool could have been bigger.

Initially booked a Superior room, after a few days I noticed an awful smell. We were moved to another Superior room on a smoking floor, during the night we spent there the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. Due to the unavailability of another Superior room, we were upgraded to a deluxe room. Due to constantly being moved from room to room, we lost a bag of belongings that have still not been found. Overall, I would say that the rooms are extremely outdated and the bathrooms need a good scrub, but the other facilities at the hotel, especially the rooftop pool are good.
