Breakfast . Need to keep food warm. A lot is cool to cold. Eggs bacon an sausages are all cold.

Breakfast a littele bit boring, slow to clean for new people and refill new things.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was great, the waterfront room was perfect. Had a little issue with aircon not being cold but it was fixed promptly. If there’s anything to note, I would say that the pool bar is never staffed, even when the pool is very busy. But it didn’t take away from my stay as you can still order drinks & food a few steps away at the terrace bar. But if you’re going to advertise a pool bar, it should be in use. Thank you!

The room was beautiful for our needs and very clean. The staff were amazing and nothing was ever a problem when requesting something.

The hotel close to the shops , restaurants and nightlife. The pool is great and the staff are so nice and friendly. Only the breakfast menu is not very good
