The reception area was stunning very unusual. We were there for my Fiance 60th and it was made very special. Colleagues asking questions what we had planned. A lovely place to stay.

Good location. However when we arrived we were not given the type of room we'd reserved, 3 months ahead of time. The staff did not really care about what we'd booked on expedia after I showed the confirmation, they said it wasn't binding to them. The hotel was full so no other room was available. The room was fine, had a lovely view but we'd booked two beds so they had to bring up a single bed which obviously used up a lot of space. This distracted from our experience of expecting better accommodations at a 4 star hotel.

On arrival the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Our room was clean with everything in there we could need including a mini fridge. Breakfast gave a huge selection of options and again, staff were lovely. We will definitely stay again if we are in Cardiff.

Good location right on the water, pool and gym were very nice but we had a bad experience since our air conditioning did not work and we were only offered another smaller room that had water stains on ceiling…Parking should be free.

Lovely room with balcony overlooking Cardiff Bay, staff so helpfull, nothing was to much trouble, food wonderful, would thoroughly reccomend.

Lovely hotel. Great views across the bay. Staff were lovely especially Loretta at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent Location, and very helful staff all round. Only stayed for one night for a Concert, but overall a great hotel to use, and we will be back soon....

The staff were helpful, the environment was clean, and the stay was generally peaceful with no disturbances. However, we were disappointed with the swimming pool facilities for families with children. There was no separate pool for kids, and the main pool was 1.3 metres deep. Surprisingly, the hotel had designated this pool for family and children's swimming sessions between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., which did not seem practical or safe. There were also no safety aids available, and no lifeguard Apart from this concern, the amenities were good and met standard expectations.

My bayhroom had someone elses hair on the wall in shower. Obviously not been cleaned well. You got equipment advertised on photos that are not in the gym. I was very disappointed with that. As the good gym is what made me pick your hotel over another one.
