威尔克西湖酒店及公寓 (Wil'que Westlake Hotel & Residences)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Rooms were clean, location was great for us, hotel is back from the busy street and quiet.

Staff friendly, large room, good price, great view and a good breakfast.

We had an excellent stay! The room is an apartment style so for myself and my adult kids it was perfect and gave us the space to individually recover from jet-lag. It had a full kitchen AND a washing machine which really helped. It is in a great location away from the city center but bear some excellent restaurants in West Lake. Staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. The gym is also great (but smells a little musty)! Decent equipment for a small space and I also swam laps one day in the pool and really enjoyed that. I would stay there again!

Room though old but is well maintained and cleaned

Great place great pool great experience, very nice staff

The location was very convient to various places like the zoo and aquarium. For us, its also close to various Embassy.

We love our stay in

Allocated the wrong room on check in and asked to wait 5-6 hours before being given the correct room. The manger of the hotel was very unapologetic, rude and couldn’t care less what room we were given. She suggested booking direct if you want to make sure you get the rooms you pay for. Booked an executive 3 bedroom with balcony which was good once we were allowed into our room. We also booked a 2 bedroom executive room which was supposed to have a view of west lake but you could not see the lake. All staff other than the manger who we met were extremely nice and friendly which is a shame as the hotel could be and should be so much better. Much better places to stay in and around the west lake area of Hà Nội.

A great size pool with large lake beside hotel. What you need is close by.

Very quiet and further away but I really enjoyed the hotel. Easy to get in and out. Everyone from the front desk, security, door and maid were super friendly and helpful. The Japanese restaurant downstairs with room service was a plus. Oir family enjoyed the pool and the gym with great air conditioner with pool side view was perfect. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone. My only complaint is the carpet in the bedrooms. If that can get removed (very old) I would give this hotel a 5 star. It’s not fancy but the all around experience was great.
