If it weren’t for the island having power issues due to the storm, I would have given this hotel 5 stars. Room was nice and clean. Our AC was nice and cold! And I had a beautiful ocean view! I don’t notice any laundry bags, but it’s ok. Everything else was nice. Was kind of bummed that breakfast was an additional fee. Location was perfect! Enjoyed walking the strip! Staff was very welcoming!

Great price, clean room…the staff was very helpful.

Clean room

Our room was clean. Staff were nice. Pool closing at 10pm a plus.

The bedsheets had rust stain on them and it smelled moldy. It might be due to the super typhoon Bavi that passed through the islands. Outdoor pool was nice, amazing view of the beach from the balcony. The room was clean besides the rust stains and moldy smells on the sheets and the faucets.

Check in process was a little slow as check in was at 3pm & my room wasn’t ready until almost 5pm. I stayed in the infinity tower. (The side that looks more dated.) There was a musky type of feel in the room as the AC was leaking. There were several small roaches in my room. Overall , staff was nice & lobby was clean! But I do believe the more dated tower should be renovated so the price could match the quality . I probably wouldn’t stay there again but it’s there if you’re just trying to find somewhere to lay your head .

First of all, the good. The hotel is in an excellent location! Right where you want to be in town. The staff were so friendly and helpful! The hotel is very clean (read below though) and the room was well appointed. The breakfast buffet was good and had a large selection to choose from! Bed was very comfy, the linens soft, and the towels were fluffy!! I had dinner at the bar area and it was really good - i had pork katsu and it was a big portion, well presented in traditional Japanese style and was only $18, including unlimited ice tea!! Oh and the pool was great as well, big, crystal clear. The not so good; the property is feeling the effects of decreased tourism and or needs a good refurbishment. While it is very clean, there is chipping paint in lots of places, etc. like on exterior walls, the pool bottom, and other places. Despite that, the hotel is well appointed and clean amd friendly. I will stay here again!

The staff was helpful and friendly. The laundry was convenient and all machines worked (best available early AM). Property is old, faucets rust stained. AC locked at 70f which was too warm.

The location is excellent and the price is fair. The parking is also good.
