伦敦O2洲际酒店 (InterContinental London - The O2 by IHG)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

A ninth floor room with a stunning view across London, lovely spa and pool, a nice bar with a terrace and easy access to the o2. We had a lovely time.

Great place to stay. Helpful staff. Convenient to O2 and shopping area. Only drawback is distance to central London and long walk to tube or river boats.

Unexpected TV

Ideal for a visit to O2

We were upgraded to the Presidential Suite for our wedding - it was absolutely wonderful. Staff were amazing

Great location and the property. Staff was very helpful and nice.

Very impressed with hotel, expensive especially the car park but for convivence and quality it was worth it.

When I arrived at reception no one was there someone had to be called and checking out there was one person at reception. For a hotel as big and prime as that i was disappointed. Plus I wasn’t really told about what was available at the hotel apart from breakfast. The room was very clean though and nice view

Staff on front desk were more interested in taking more money from me for a deposit (after already spending £509 for the room) than telling me about my stay, including very useful information like the fact there’s a hotel entrance to the O2 through the back. Although we arrived around 1 hour after check-in time, upon arriving to our room, the cleaner was still working on it. Unfortunately the cleaner had left her body odour in the room, which didn’t go away the entire stay. This ruined the room tbh, and ultimately our stay. View from the window was nice. Breakfast was fine.

Staff try but are not always arrucate with advice, seem to mean well Very clean, a few maintainance issues in pool changing room Good breakfast good enviroment
