nice place to stay! Enjoy!

The hallway and room had a weird smell. It’s great that it had a refrigerator and small kitchen facilities, but there would be no way to cook anything since there are no utensils or cooking equipment. Someone would have to bring in all the equipment they need. If there was equipment to rent, that would be helpful to have a notification in the room. It looks like the bathroom counter was probably just redone, however, there were numbered stickers on it. I can say that the breakfast was a great amenity. The housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs when we asked for more towels and toilet paper. My guest and I stayed a total of two nights.

Dirty rooms. Hallways reeks of weed and cigarettes. Terrible

My father-in-law was suddenly hospitalized after suffering a cardiac arrest and was transferred to Bellin Hospital. In the middle of this emergency, I accidentally booked the wrong dates—one week later than I intended. I realized my mistake just minutes after making the reservation and contacted both the hotel and Hotels.com immediately. Hotels.com even reached out to the hotel on my behalf to request either a date change or a waiver of the cancellation fee. The hotel refused. I still had to book another room for the correct dates, meaning the hotel received additional business from me, yet they still charged me the full amount for the mistaken reservation and would not make any exception. I understand that policies exist, but there should also be room for compassion and common sense in genuine emergencies. I am extremely disappointed by the complete lack of understanding and humanity. I would never choose to stay at a hotel that treats people this way.

Room had a full kitchenette. Nice location and liked how clean the rooms were

Breakfast was awful. Out of everything. The room had an odor . I would never recommend or stay again.
