Hotel just need an update

Bathroom towel rack was falling from the wall

Well to start there’s no complimentary breakfast. And the adjacent building is owned by them too and they do serve complimentary breakfast. But not for that hotel. Toilet was not working. Sad. Couch smelled and looked stained. Other than that room was clean.

The staff was helpful, cordial and professional. The room was basically clean however the sheets smell overly bleached, the carpets in the hallway stained and musty. The snacks were empty and very limited. The card system for the room malfunctioned several times. That’s why we rate this hotel a 3

Nice for a quick weekend visit

Clean property, with easy check in/out! You do have to pay for breakfast, with a breakfast sandwich being about $11 (it was good though!). My only issue was that, upon checking in, I asked to purchase some water bottles, as they had a little shop with drinks/snacks. The front desk employee said "we're out, but you can walk to a different hotel and ask them." I could see water bottles available at the closed breakfast cafe, so I wish the employee had been able to go over there and accommodate the request. But other than that annoyance, the stay was good.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Courtyard by Marriot Dallas Medical/Market Center. The staff was very cooperative in getting us some hypo - allergenic bedding that we needed. We were able to get a good sleep for all of the nights that we stayed there.
