巴黎贝西中心诺富特 (Novotel Paris Centre Bercy)

I liked the proximity to the center of the city. I liked that a metro station was right in the front. I liked that Gare de Lyon was in a walking distance. My kids liked the treats at the front desk. Breakfast for €21 per adult was delicious. The beds were comfortable and we pretty much had all we needed. Having just come from London (a different hotel), ice was kind of scarce. 😅 The bartender said: I don’t have enough cups to give you more ice. Hilarious!

Stayed here before and again it didn't disappoint this time either. Lovely rooms and helpful staff.

Great experience, very nice staff, clean room. Definitely will visit again.

The staff were great and the location excellent. It was very close to the Metro station and places to eat

Great location. Kitchen and bar staff slow to respond, but check in desk was awesome!

Superb hotel just right for a stop over before EuroDisney

Nice enough hotel. Felt like it needs a renovation. Towels were old and thin bed were very comfortable. Hotel was clean so can’t complain l just not overly impressive from overall feel. I think if you are on a budget it’s a great option. Staff were not great less than friendly. I can’t stand staff who make you feel like you’re bothering them asking a quick question. They should have some secret mgmt stop by and retrain front desk. Breakfast was way over priced and we ate in Bercy Village every day for 1/4 of the price same options. One amazing highlight - It’s close to a BEAUTIFUL PARK and Bercy village is lovely. Also close to a great train line that gets you right into central Paris.

The place was centrally located. The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. Bercy station is a minute’s walk away. There is a safe, gated public car park next to the hotel that costs €30 a day. There are convenience shops close by as well. There are also plenty of restaurants next door that stay open until 1 a.m. All major attractions are within 30 minutes by Metro.

Five star thank you keep up the good service
