Clean room, convenient location

The location was great just 5 mins to the hbf by walking, the room and bathroom were not so big and the facilities were normal.

Good location, room was clean, friendly staff. However, 2 nights if the 3 were disturbed by very noisy neighbours. I understand this canhappen at

located very near the central station allowing easy access to the city and further afield, but no noise from there or environs. It is clearly well run and efficient warm and clean and a decent selection for breakfast. my only criticism would be there was only a 3cm or so mattress on the bed which is not particularily comfortable and had a tendency to slide off.

Ten minutes walk from main rail station didn’t have breakfast vending machines for drinks and snacks in lobby Perfect for a one night stay close to railway station

Very convenient for the main station at just a 5 minute walk away. The blond lady with glasses on reception was dealing with a lot but she was great. Friendly and professional. Room a little bit small but it is very good value for money, Nigel.

It was a very hot day (40 degrees), but the rooms all had air conditioning.

I had a room close to the elevator which was noisy. Then other guests talking loudly in their room disturbed me. Had to go to reception twice in the middle of the night to complain. Was offered complimentary breakfast in morning as compensation, although I have had much better breakfasts elsewhere. Not impressed and would not use again.

Great location near train station, but a fair walk to centre

Very small room. No air conditioning even tho stated in description. Staff stated close to winter so it is turned off. Pillows very thin. Mattress is badically a 3 cm futton . Bathroom so tiny have to sit sideways as would hit knees on wall. No shelving to put anything.
