The location, views from the pool, and dining were great. Only second to the hospitality of the staff.

Great location. Beautiful rooftop pool. Large rooms.

The staff was very helpful & accommodating, the air conditioner in our room wasn’t working right at first but they came right away to fix it. We enjoyed the free breakfast every morning and the location in town was very convenient. The rooms need to be updated but the infinity pool was very nice, overall we had a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay. It may be worth booking a balcony room facing the street. The back view is not attractive and there are lots of early morning roosters. The room had a smart tv. We enjoyed the pool and the incredible views from the pool! This was our favourite part of the hotel. Breakfast was very simple with very limited options. They did make eggs fresh though. Prices at the pool are high compared to similar resorts in the area. Staff were very helpful.

This is a nice hotel. The upper deck pool was very. Ice and we enjoyed swimming in it. The room was cool and quiet. The shower pressure was good and temperature was easily controlled. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Regular breakfast was. Dry good with lots of variety. On the last day, we had to leave 30 minutes before normal breakfast started. They gave us bread slices and jam. They offered coffee but we don’t drink coffee. This was a relatively expensive hotel for the Philippines- I would have expected something better. Other hotels in this country have had much better quick breakfasts. There were scratches on the furniture. It looked worn out. I would have expected something better better.
