This property was one of the best we've stayed at. Amenities were fantastic. Room was modern clean and spacious. Breakfast was magnificent. Hotel is close to beach, restaurants and bars. Check in was quick and easy.

Staff, safety and cleanliness were all perfect!! Easy to walk right to the Main Street for beach activities during the day and evening night life. I’d stay here again without a doubt!

Location was great to popular beach area, stores, restaurants, and night life. Restaurant staff were very nice and helpful. Front desk staff were not friendly. Lobby furniture is very dirty.

We loved our stay!!!

First time staying here and did not disappoint. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and always happy to chat with you . The rooms were well maintained and cleaned daily . The hotel is close to restaurants ,across the road from the beach shops and the shopping centre which made it easy to get around . The daily buffet breakfast was amazing a huge range of food for everyone’s likings and by the 2nd day the ladies knew our coffee type and table we liked to sit at and always greeted us with a big smile. Great activities for families staying with kids . The main pool never felt crowded and plenty of space to lounge around. Would definitely recommend staying here when you visit Thailand . I would stay here again on my next visit .

Neat, quiet modern resort with pool and restaurants near the beach.

This was my fourth visit to Patong and I was really looking forward to staying at your hotel given its strong reputation. Overall, the stay was pleasant; however, I felt that for the price paid, the experience did not fully meet my expectations. While everything was good, it felt more on the average side rather than something particularly memorable. I would also like to mention the service at the pool bar, which could be improved. In my experience, Thai hospitality is usually exceptionally warm and welcoming, which is one of the reasons I enjoy visiting. On this occasion, the service felt a bit less engaging than expected. In particular, a staff member named Ball came across as somewhat unwelcoming at times, which slightly affected the overall experience. I share this feedback with the intention of being constructive, as I believe the hotel has great potential to deliver an even better guest experience.
