Staff was amazing. Breakfast could be better (stayed for 6 days and had same set of food). However the staff was happy to bring sunny side eggs from kitchen. The property needs a bit renovation. We stayed at suite and room needs deep cleaning (specially windows had dust all over), bathroom door had water damage. Location is great and walkable to most places

Great position but food and drinks way too expensive

Great overnight birthday stay for hubby and me after footy game, staff were lovely and even included a small gift for hubbys birthday. Room was comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

Breakfast was not too impressive as the hot food was barely warm. Otherwise a great place for a quick stay. I only had 1 night for a specific appointment but great for what I needed.

Took great care of us under extremely difficult circumstances.

The bathroom is old, the shower is made for tiny people and wasn’t super clean. Bed was nice and generallly a spacious enough room. Found the windows to be very drafty

I was very disappointed with my stay. I specifically booked a king bed, but it was actually two single beds pushed together. The biggest issue was that the beds were not properly secured, so they kept moving apart throughout the night. As a result, I constantly sank into the gap in the middle, making it extremely uncomfortable and disrupting my sleep. A king bed should provide a comfortable and seamless sleeping surface, but this setup felt like a temporary fix rather than a proper bed. Unfortunately, the poor sleeping experience had a significant impact on my stay. I would not choose to stay here again unless this issue is addressed.

The room is in desperate need of a refurbishment. It smelt, the bathroom was well past its use by date and the bathroom door didn’t close. It was as clean as it could be, the staff were helpful and it’s in a great position.

Very poorly maintained

I stayed at Novotel Parramatta on my own and was initially a bit concerned after reading some negative reviews. To ease my worries, I called the hotel in advance, and the receptionist I spoke with was incredibly kind and reassuring. She mentioned they would ensure I had a pleasant experience, which set a great first impression. When I arrived, I was able to check in early without any issues as they had availability. The room was very clean, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend staying here.
