Clean and easy checkin. Water in room. Good towels and amenities.

Bed was comfortable and room temperature good

The room was a good size. The carpet was dated, and the hotel is due for a refresh. The staff was nice, but the amenities were lacking. The location is good. The hotel is nothing amazing, but it's solid and reasonably priced.

Clean quiet hotel in a convenient location adjacent to Grand Central Station.

This a true hidden gem. The staff are amazing, professional and very kind. The bar is cozy and has as a great outdoor patio. I did use the spa, but looked great. Hotel is in perfect location. 1 min walk to Grand Central. Ability to go anywhere from there, or stay, and spend hours exploring the beautiful Station. Looking forward to my next stay.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Accompanying pub/restaurant was a pleasant surprise for affordable casual dining. Will definetly book again in the future.

This was an exceptionally nice hotel with incredible proximity to Grand Central Terminal, the Chrysler Building, etc. We didn't get to spend much time here, but it was a lovely lobby and outstanding room. We were surprised to be upgraded to a king suite upon our arrival. As this is an Irish chain, our suite was called the "Roma Downey Suite". The suite consisted of a king size bed in the bedroom, a small living room area with a second TV, and of course a finely appointed restroom with an oversize bathtub. Between the comfort of the room and the proximity to Grand Central and thus, all of midtown, a highly recommend this hotel.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and attractive room.

AC did not work, towels had odd smell, overall hotel was not well updated. Staff was accommodating to our issues.

Good area! Older hotel with some broken items in the room. Staff was friendly and helpful.
