Old hotel, smelly, dirty, low quality amenities

Very old facility. The stay was OK. Keep in mind no pkg at hotel. Paid pkg areas on either side but was told not safe to leave anything in car. Stayed 3 nights. Only one day no hot water. No notifications but when I mentioned they said it had to do with city. The people that work there are very nice. If it was just me (female) I would not stay here alone. It is a good location. Beds were twin and again just older facilities.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is old, but it was clean, convenient to the events, and not overpriced.

Good budget option for downtown LA

Staff were excellent, very friendly. Building is just super old and in desperate need of an overhaul. Showerhead was so low i had to bend down in awkward ways to get clean. They have the hardest beds and pillows ive ever experienced. The carpets didnt seem like theyve had a proper cleaning in some time. All in all, its a serviceable place to sleep, as long as you are not picky about your bedding, and a short walk to the Convention Center and many places to eat.

It was alright. Likely would not stay there again. Parking is public and the homeless in there area have drastically increased over the years. I for one has my car broken into. So I’d advise picking a place that has in person surveillance or a place with a garage. The cameras there was not enough.

Bed bugss

I wouldn’t stay in downtown LA (DTLA) if I was traveling to LA ever again. The hotel was fine, minus there being no hot water in the morning in the shower. They didn’t have a parking garage or lot so we had to pay for overnight parking. Also, lots of homeless around that area. I would recommend staying in the suburbs if you visit LA.

Booked a 2 bed room. Was charged extra $65 cash because the front desk said my Expedia reservation had 1 person listed and not 2... Would not recommend.

It was a basic hotel facility.
