Great location with clean and spacious rooms. The view was amazing. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The only things that I wasn't a big fan of were the shared terrace and the daily parking fee. Overall it was a really cool place to stay and would highly recommend.

Clean all over, very nice Bar & restaurant on site.

This is our second time staying here, and the first time was a lot better, this time the check in was wired and not very service oriented, however our check out was nice and service oriented. I believe that the main difference is room location, the first time we stayed in a room close to the reception, this time far away.

We arrived at noon, knowing that we could not check in yet, no problem at all. Asked if we were Marriot rewards memebers and I said yes and gave them my email. NO email on file, so they asked if I wanted to join, and I said Yes. Oh that email is already on file, YES becasue I told you I had an account. HIs resposnes was OH WELL. We were told to come back at 4 to get keys and we did. Oh your room is not ready, could you come back? They said they weould text when the room was ready, but they did not. Fianlly gave us a room 1/2 later after I expressed my dissapointment. Gave us the room right next to the lobby and outdoor seating. They also gave us a

The room that I checked into had a leak when using the shower. The leak was so bad water was coming up from the floor when you stepped on it. I reported this to the front desk and they moved us to another room. The room we got moved to then had no tv remote. I then had to go back to the front desk and they suggested we use the remote from the room we got moved from. But then after turning on the tv in the room we got moved to it was not programmed. I then had to go back to the front desk and talked with the manager and he apologized and said the tv was not working. He then compted the room and gave us a food voucher. He and the staff were very nice and handled the situation very promptly and professional. I was just disappointed with the room experience.

Very clean room, large shower head would not turn on, floor was delaminated. Everything else met my expectations. Would stay there again. Terrific terrace. $36 for parking is outrage !

Pros: Beautiful views from the lobby/bar area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Cons: Room could use a little upkeep. Pool was pretty small (think extra-large hot tub) and right off the parking lot. Tip: Don’t book the base level room if you want to be able catch a glimpse of Sedona from it. They have one small window and it faces the parking lot.

OK, So the drinks were overpriced just like everywhere else. I paid $36 per night to park, but our second night there was a band that played there and some locals came to watch - Great! However there were no parking spaces in the lot. I walked and saw several vehicles without parking passes. I felt that if I pay for parking I should have parking and not have to park 2 lots away and walk back to my room. Either have the lot for paid customers or don't charge your guests for a spot.

Manager was exceptional. Great facility. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms
