塞纳酒店 (Hotel De La Seine)

The room was super nice, clean and comfortable

We did book this hotel since it it 10-15 min walk to the train station. Very nice staff. Breakfast did have different options but not vegetarian friendly which was only fried egg and toast bread and salat. The room was clean but bathroom did have black mould signs at the roof corner and the bathroom door could not close totally because it was swollen. The intrior was old. But nice place to stay one night close to the station.

Staff very nice. Breakfast quite good. Room 203 is big but too close to staircase as some guestsmake sometimes too much noise in the night or early morning

The breakfast was HORRIBLE! Horrible. This was the worst experience of our entire three weeks in Vietnam. It's not in a tourist part of town, and this made an awful difference. Very difficult to get food. No one understands english, in this area. Really nice, wonderful, Concierge though. The staff at the breakfast weren't helpful.

슬리핑 기차 타기 전 잠깐 쉬려고 예약함. 생각보다 역과 거리가 있고, 숙소 들어가는 입구가 후미짐. 방은 금연룸이라 써 있으나 담배냄새가 심하고 화장실 환풍구로 계속 유입됨. 침대는 딱딱. 온수 잘나오고, 방이 혼자쓰기에 넓다. 풍향고 망고호텔 가세요.

Note that although this hotel looks very near the train station on the map, it is on the wrong side of it for passenger boarding, so you have to walk about 10 minutes around the (long) block. Other than that and its location on a very busy road with no meaningful sidewalk (which is hardly unique in hanoi), this is a great place: clean, nicely decorated, huge bed (in our room, anyway :)

The room was lovely! The bed was so comfortable and king sized and the bathroom had a bath which was lush after some time trekking in Sa Pa. It was slightly out of the Old Quarter but we still walked to most places.

Staff spesks english. Spacious clean room.

Great hotel, fantastic location. At reception Duc organised my day tour's I wanted to do

Only problem is it’s way too loud, every door slams, you can hear people way too easily in this building.
