Stayed here because we wanted somewhere nice, didn’t mind spending the extra money. So much much was wrong it blew my mind.
1. Went for the top tier King room on a high floor, was $40 more a night and view was an old brick building. What hell was the extra money for. Terrible
2. Destination fee, total BS just a way for them to get more money from you.
3. Parking is not included and had to pay $48 a day to park. Total BS
4. Room issues- bed didn’t have fitted sheets on it, a top sheet for the fitted sheet. Crazy
-fridge didn’t get cold
It’s ludicrous to pay $400 dollars a night and have all of these issues. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend the Grand Hyatt DC to anyone

A clean and spacious hotel with a friendly and open lobby. Great location with simple access to the Mall and good restaurants. Next time I'll opt for a courtyard facing room as our outside facing room faced some taller buildings and nothing else.
