Breakfast was delicious. Staff was super friendly. Property premises are impeccably maintained and cared for.

Had a wonderful stay at Taj Resort, Alibaug. The property is serene and beautifully maintained, and the staff is extremely warm, courteous, and attentive, making the experience truly comfortable. The authentic Konkan cuisine was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

If you are looking for the ‘Taj’ experience, you will be disappointed. Dinner buffet at Aparanta is terrible (very low value for money) and the service is worse than the food. The staff at Aparanta is incapable of handling crowd and have no desire / motivation to help their customers (used all the wrong words when we showed our dissatisfaction).
Other things to know - access road to this property is bad, you’ll be stuck for an hour to cover the last 20Kms. The lobby, rooms, overall property is ok, could be improved to get up to Taj standards.
