阿尔法套房酒店 (Alpha Inn & Suites)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

Parking was very limited. Garbage outside was very close to room. Carpet in room is stained and not so clean. Bathroom towel bar is missing. Wi-fi did not work. Landline phone did not work. Reported to front desk, was told that every room were working. Blamed my lap top which is 3 months old. Even tv continue to freeze even though it is wired. Vanity lamp and mirror in the bathroom were glaringly rusted. This facility was marketed as a hotel. It is NOT. Sign says MOTEL. This facility does not deserved to be listed in Expedia. And I paid almost $700 for just 3 nights. Terrible deal.

Room was very outdated, black mold on bathroom ceiling and some kid of weird yellowing drip from towel bars. Beds uncomfortable and only 1 pillow provided for each person. Minimal outlets for plugging and charging. Parking is limited and spots are small. The pool is atrocious.

Thoughtful staff Perfect location for enjoying SF downtown $ Hot spots

I always like staying here. I’ve stayed a couple of times and it’s always clean. But like anywhere else sometimes the linen might have a stain or burn not all the time. But they take care do it right away when you inform them.

You can look at all the pictures..

Room was clean beds were comfy last min booking worked out great easy check it

The location was amazing. If you are looking for something close to fisherman's wharf, this is great. There is a bus stop right outside, and the bus takes you to the wharf (and back) quickly. The neighborhood seemed safe. Parking was limited, but I did get a spot, and there were cameras and lights on the cars. The room itself was very large - we had 2 beds a couch, desk / chair and tv, and there was a lot of floor space.

meh

When I was here (prior to 2019) our room had a small fridge. This time, not only no fridge, but no ice machine on the property. Even the worst Motel 6 has ice machines on property and there was no indication of that on your motel information page.

Great place to stay
