Wonderful location. The dining area looked out directly on to beautiful square. Staff were delightful and always helpful. Breakfast offered a fabulous choice of great food. Bedroom was well appointed. Lots of wardrobe space, well soundproofed room with very comfortable bed and bathroom was clean, modern with a good shower and toiletries were supplied. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bruges.

Since we got to the hotel the staff was amazing! The location right on the Platz, so great! The breakfast with a variety of things to choose, rooms spacious and clean! Would return for sure .

Perfect location. Right in the center of town

Room was generous in size, and a great swimming pool. Well stocked hotel bar and hearty breakfast available. 1 minute walk to everything in the centre of Bruges. Would definitely visit again.

Disappointed with the twin room layout. Beds were touching so it was effectively a king bed instead of two separate beds. Not fit for that specific purpose. More thought should go into the room layout. I would have expected better for a hotel of this calibre and price point. No solution presented at the time and no manager on site. Other than that, a good hotel.

Convenient, central and great you can park underneath the hotel. Plenty of good places to eat within a couple of minutes.

This was our third stay at thr Crowne Plaza and it has retained it's very high standards. It's facilities are excellent, the breakfast offerings fresh and numerous and the staff unfailingly courteous, friendly and efficient. All this coupled with its very convenient location mean we shall almost certainly be back one day.

Excellent location in the center of the old town. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was amazing, will definitely return.
