Higly recommended!!!

Everything was good. There was construction at the hotel which we were warned about but the hotel did a good job of blocking off areas and making things accessible. There was also town construction outside of the hotel and that made a few things a little more complicated but it was fine. Underground parking was very nice to have and the location was great.

Very centrally located, decent rooms with amenities, efficient housekeeping, excellent breakfast though a bit pricey, courteous staff and convenient paid parking options. Unfortunately renovations were ongoing so was a bit of an inconvenience.

Spacious room. Carpet in elevators is dated, but in the rooms looked up to date. We were there during construction, but it will be a great place once complete. The resort is in a perfect location and we would definitely stay here again!

Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel failed to disclose that it was undergoing major renovations. The lobby was under construction, and getting to both the front desk and the rooms was confusing, inconvenient, and frustrating. When I raised my concerns, I was promised complimentary parking as compensation, but it was never applied to my bill. No discount was offered despite the significant disruption. I would not have booked this hotel had I known the true condition of the property. Very poor communication and customer service.
