马德里市中心诺富特酒店 (Novotel Madrid Center)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

The hotel is clean, nice and well maintained but please beware that the underground parking only accept very small vehicles. We didn’t see the sign before entering the garage and our car barely made it in and we scratched it pretty badly to be able to pass in the very narrow spiral entryway. A bigger warning BEFORE entering the garage would have been appreciated!

good location with helpful staff and good breakfast

Good location away from crowds but noisy outside with traffic. Friendly stuff constantly cleaning but was too busy to be able to keep it super keep. Given the amount of people, it was well cleaned overall.

Excelente opción, muy buena ubicación y estaciones de metro -bus muy cerca. Desayuno excelente!

Limpio bien ubicado personal muy amable

The rooms are not that clean No amenities Poor service Staff unfriendly and unhelpful We had a very disappointing incident and the manager failed to solve it and kept saying he will investigate and we left and he never got back to us Would never come back nor recommend it

Good location especially you are driving. Excellent restaurant which is open for 24 hrs.

The only bumm I’m was the parking , very tight and only for experienced driver , you have to drive at least to the 2nd floor under ground in a loop so narrow it needs manœuvre

The toiletries were very limited, and the water wasn't changed daily, even though the rate was daily. There was a note saying we had to request it, but that seemed like a major inconvenience for guests. There were three of us, and one day they only left us two towels.

Staff very helpful hotel has everything you need for a weekend break . Beds comfortable and decent size bathroom . Location ok just a little out of the centre
