Awful hotel

Room was clean but our TV didn’t work . Door latch was missing . Tub was draining the water fast enough. Staff would be unavailable at times . Front elevators were out of order . Buttons inside the elevators 2nd floor was not working Then elevator would make a loud boom inside the elevators . Back door of the building didn’t lock . Pool was dirty with wipes . Worst Hotel I ever stayed. I would never go back. Another customer was complaining about holes on the bathroom door . Peep hole missing

All good.... As advertised

Expedia says they are pet friendly! NOT!! only service dogs. Arriving to check in I was refused, I had to find another hotel ON THE SPOT. FIX YOUR DESCRIPTION AND REFUND MY MONEY

The property was dirty and no working TV! NEVER BOOK AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!!!

No WiFi or TV the entire weekend. Hotel no maintenance needed. Electrical plug broke and broken smoke alarms. Spoke with desk attendant and there was no concern on his part

The TV never worked, and the pool was only open one out of the three days I stayed; whenever I mentioned something to the front desk clerk, he would always say—very politely—"I can't do anything."

changed of room two times, toilet clogged, no TV, no person at frondesk at night, can you imagine an emergency???? some roaches, only because I made reservation by expedia, I couldnt ask for my money back.

Had to walk four flights of stairs cause elevator was broken
