The hotel overall was lovely, staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was fantastic, really enjoyed that, the room a decent size, however the reason I downgraded the stars was the bed, let’s face it, the reason most people stop at a hotel is to sleep somewhere nearer the venue they are going, our bed was way too soft, most hotels I go to have medium firm beds, this thing might as well have been a waterbed. Both of us were not able to get comfortable properly because as soon as 1 of us moved the other 1 moved around aswell.

This is a great bolt hole on your way somewhere or for business meetings. Staff are good and this isn’t a pretend 4star but a genuine one that doesn’t cut corners

Clean room with a comfortable bed.

It was at good standard but the same menu everyday. This is more of a continental breakfast.

Rooms were old and small and in poor condition.

I didn’t have breakfast but the rooms were very clean and the staff extremely helpful, friendly and very nice.

Did it use 'business facilities'. Shops I would want to use were not nearby. Tried onsite cafe and did not want to use again.Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Room not cleaned properly. Cost was overvalued.

Very close to tube station which was good. Didn't notice many shops around.

Great service and professional

Comfortable and had a bath:) good staff. One slight issue the room service menu is a little limited. There needs to be more classics like a burger or a pasta or risotto or even just a steak. The choices are all a bit either wheat based or with rich sauces like curries.
